Hmm... I know for me, I wouldn't want my ex giving me away to my new husband. That would weird me out enough, let alone all the other people who might be bothered by it. But that is a tough one, I would almost rather walk down the aisle by myself as well. I wish your mom was ok with it, I've seen weddings where the mom walked the bride down the aisle. All I know is that I'd be weirded out by my ex walking me down the aisle. Good luck!
