Default Re: How to inform where we're registered?

The wedding website is a fantastic idea. We have one set up with all kinds of information available to our guests.

I simply typed out something in Microsoft Word, printed it out and put it in our invitations.

Mine went something like this: We would like to encourage all of our guests to visit our wedding website. You'll have access to a lot of information including directions, events, registry information and lots more! We made our website for the use of our friends and family, so if you have the time, please visit! And don't forget to sign the guestbook!

This is a great way to involve your guests and let them know about where your registered in an indirect way. Plus, I've had a lot of my guests simply ask me where we're registered. Some even have asked if we prefer cash to a gift!

I paid around $30 for a 1-year subscription for my wedding wesbite from Personal Wedding Websites and Planning Tools | Free Trial Wedding Website. Besides the website, there is a lot of help when it comes to tracking your guests, online RSVPs and gifts. It's been a very useful investment for me.
