Default Re: What Champange?

Any brand Spumante Champagne should be good (though Cook's isn't very sweet; I'm like you, I like sweet champagne). Korbel is good and relatively inexpensive (around $8 a bottle). I'm not a big fan of Cooks, but if you want a really sweet champagne, Andre Spumante is super cheap ($3 for a smaller bottle) and has a great, sweet flavor. Of course, if you have a larger budget, you could really go crazy, but I think Korbel Sec would be your best bet.

And you could always do some taste-testing. Go to your local store and pick out a few selections in your price range. Try a different glass each night and see which you prefer.

Best of luck and let us know which one you choose!
