If The Venue Provides Only Space Then The Price Will Most Likely Not Vary However Places Providing Food Will Have Costs That Vary With The Economy. Recently Food Costs Have Been Rising And Many Food Vendors Have Raised Prices. The Bottom Line Don't Give Money Without A Contract That Specifically States Conditions Of Pricing.
