What about honouring them with a favourite family picture that has them in it? As neither of our fathers will be present at the wedding we will be having two seperate large picture frames with collages of pictures in them that will have pictures of all of our loved ones (one of my side of the family, one of his) It will be a subtle memorium of them but it will still be there and honour them in a way that is respectful and special.
