shortyrox,
good thing to include in your welcome gift bags/baskets is a thank you note (with destination weddings I think its very important to acknowledge your guests making the trip before rather than just after the wedding is over. The traditional thank you is usually for the gifts, but a guest traveling to your wedding is a gift in and of itself.
Also, you will want to provide them with their itinerary for what activities you have scheduled for them to attend (you can send this prior to their departure or in the welcome bag) as well as some fun items that they may need like sunscreen, beach towel, fun things like playing cards or a bucket of sand toys for the kids. Remember you will have to bring this with you, so you may want to refrain from going too overboard (punn intended)! Enjoy your cruise wedding - Disney was a fabulous choice!
