Red face Bye bye bubbles..?

Hopefully I can explain this so it's understandable!

My centerpieces are going to be a trio of 3 cylinders of different heights. Each cylinder will be filled with water, have glass stones in the bottom with a sprig of fake blossoms inside, then a floating candle on top. Similar to this but the stones are inside w/ the flowers stuck in them:

My question is: how do I set this all up without all the little bubbles clinging to everything? I can't set up at my reception site until the day of the wedding, so there won't really be time to set them up, then come back to get rid of the bubbles later. I'm at a loss for what to do, any suggestions are greatly appreciated
