You can do it but it's honestly not easy, you have to be dedicated!
1. If you drink soda or any drinks with calories, including coffee drinks and juice, STOP. Cut it out completely. I did this and lost about 1-2 pounds per week.
2. Exercise. A LOT. 1.5 hours a day if you can. The exercise can be speed-walking around town or whatever else you choose. (I did a Tae Bo tape and then went speedwalking/jogging for an hour after) Use music while you workout. I put on my ipod with some really feel good tunes and it makes me unconciously work harder.
3. Work on toning with light weights. I do a Denise Austin strength training tape with my 3 pound weights. Works quickly and works wonders.
4. Yoplait 100 calorie yogurt for breakfast. And to kill hunger pangs between meals.
5. DRINK WATER!
6. Avoid sodium, salty foods.
7. 100 calorie packs!
8. Weight watchers menu at Applebees.
9. Low calorie/fat menu at TGIF.
10. Subway ham sandwiches with no mayo.
