I am on Atkins trying to lose 40lbs before my wedding.
Drink LOTS of water and cut out your Carbs not all but cut back to 20g a day, and eat protein. Exercise as much as you can. Dexatrim Max 2o. Add it to your water and it cuts out your cravings. Need a chip fix, try pork rinds and don't eat too much fruit.
This always works for me layer up when you're exercising, a sweat shirt or garbage bag makes you sweat.
