I'm doing Winsor Pilates 3-4 times a week (the 20 minute tape) and then doing 10 push-ups in the morning and 10 at night. It's working better than anything I'd ever done before! I figure the most important thing is for me to look lean and have toned arms/shoulders/back since that's really the only thing you can see out of my dress. I'm also trying to cut out all snacks...which is hard for me cuz I have a desk job and like to snack! But it's going good so far and I'm really happy with the progress. I'd also recommend walking as much as possible. It's crazy, but it'll help you feel energized and your muscles will feel tight. But the Pilates is by far the biggest sculpting tool for me, and it helps me stand up straighter and look taller. I don't want to slouch in my dress! I hate when brides do that!
Good luck! Hit it hard these last few weeks and you'll be glad you did. You seem to want it really bad, so now just get up and starting working out (smarter, not harder!).
