It all depends on how formal your wedding and reception are. For example my wedding and reception are very laid back and country style so we are having ribs and smoked chicken with country style side dishes.
I figured that chicken and veggies are always safe people will always eat that. And then a red meat again another safe food. Is it being catered or is a family member making the food for you or are you making it?
