The lists above are great but, add a baker and a florist in there too. Also try a wedding planning website like weddingchannel.com they will be able to provide you with a more elaborate list and time line plus you can send out save the dates in email form from there. If you do go to a website please don't freak out because those time lines are for people who start planning a year in advance. Starting now you will be fine plus it is going to be the summer soon and everyone has more energy plus hours of sunlight to burn now.
