I started my diet about a week ago. I am using
Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople . I am not following their diet plan, I am making my own, but I do use it to record my food and work out. It gives me ranges of calories/fat/carbs/protein that I should be eating each day and workout recomendations. As far as my diet, I am eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of three larger ones. I am also making sure I eat breakfast, which is very hard for me. I am eating foods with lots of fiber to help keep me fuller, longer. I am also eating lots of fruits and veggies. With summer here, it is a great time to eat lots of fresh, local produce. I can't wait for the farmers markets to start, yum.
