i dont think there is anything wrong with inexpensive weddings, but there are lines you shouldnt cross... like wanting gifts from people and not even inviting them lol. a friend of mine just got married, we all went down to the beach (which was free) and they were married. then we all left and met back up at a local resturaunt where they had gotten the back room and set up a small buffet line. did the toast and cake stuff there and then we went back to the bride and grooms house for drinks and hanging out. really the only things they had to pay for were the priest, and the food, and i thaught it turned out really nice. it was more about friends and family getting together having fun.

soo i think its all about how you do it... not how much you spend...
