Well ladies I have a dilemma, maybe. Let me explain everything that can go wrong before my wedding has.
1. My maid of honor stood me up on 3 different occasions ( and I practically planned her whole wedding) so she was demoted
2. My other bridesmaid backed out of the wedding and then a week later said never mind of course I will do it (good she already had her dress)
3. Vendors are mean…. I couldn’t get a reception hall to meet me on a good time since I work on Saturday days so my mom had to call and yell at people to get me appts.
4. My invitations were wrong 3 times
5. The tuxes were messed upped and it took me an hour on the phone to fix everything.
6. My FMIL ruined my shower (we’re fine now)
7. Two seamstresses bailed on me
8. When I finally found one I blacked out while she was pinning my dress
9. We have to do class before we can get married in this church and the people would not answer our phone calls and the people in charge did not care. We had to go above them to get the non -free option ($130 non-free)
10. My bridesmaid in Detroit waited until 30 days before the wedding to tell me her shoes don’t fit. I live in St. Louis 12 hours away
11. My mom’s dress does not fit, it’s too small
12. My other bridesmaids dress is also too small
13. I have not had my engagement ring for two months so my jeweler can make my wedding ring and he hasn’t even started yet
14. The baker my mom insists on using won’t do anything I want
15. The supplement baker I got is a dip and keeps asking me if I want to still do it
16. My DJ canceled our meeting because of a family emergency and did not reschedule
And on and on. So what I am asking is with all of this stuff going wrong are these signs that we should not get married or just normal you have crappie vendors and an even crappier wedding party stuff.
