You can DEFINATELY have a beautiful wedding on a budget...we are!!
A few ideas off the top of my head: small wedding party; have wedding, reception and dance in same place; vistaprint.com; ebay; 2nd hand stores; and yourself!!! Even if your not crafty with the internet you can get great instructions on do it yourself projects!!! Check 2nd hand stores often as well as ebay!!!
