Hi there! Congrats to you! Our dates for the engagement party are identical! I am getting married June 8th, 2008 tho. Anyway, I agree with sending out save the dates. Depending on who you are inviting to your engagement party, you may just send/email invites to the people that are going, like your close family/friends. I am not sure on who you were planning on having there. We are just sending emails and doing phone calls, as we are only inviting immediate fam and close friends.
