it is called The Complete Wedding Planner and Organizer (it is purple), it is by Elizabeth and Alex Lluch and it is published by wedding solutions. They have many different titles and types, the reason I picked this one is the three ring binder it comes in so you can add information. I also liked all the worksheets because they have a lot of comparison worksheets so you remember all the questions you want to ask a particular vender and then see their answers side by side.
