I would go look for a tiara at a place like Clares or Iceing they can be found in many malls they are those teen accessorie stores, but they have great prices, I purchaced one there for 17 bucks, and as far as a vail goes, if you have any friends who have gotten married you could borrow one of those and save a load. Also I would look at tailers in the area they may be able to make one for very little money, also you could try your hand at making your own. I made one for a friend, I bought the comb and the toul (sp) and put it all together for under $10.
