little confused re wedding bans

do they read then out at the church u live or get married

also do they read them out during service and put them in the church foyer

Catholic Churches typically post them for 2-3 weeks prior in the Parish Bulletin's handed out on Sunday. Some smaller Churches might announce them during announcements, I have never seen them posted in the foyer. you can ask your contact/Priest at the Parish how they handle wedding banns
