I found a picture of an aisle that I just fell in love with and really want to do for our wedding. It's completely covered in rose petals in white, pink, and fushia. Now that I've ordered 3000 silk rose petals I'm kinda worried that once I walk down the aisle all the rose petals will just stick under my cathedral train. I have this vision of my dress turning into a giant broom and sweeping up all these pretty petals. Any thoughts on this, or suggestions of how to get them to stay on the ground and not all under my dress.
PS if you want to see the picture please send me a message, the file is bigger then what they allow to be uploaded on here. Thanks! |

I have seen where they line just the edges of the aisle with rose petals and it was beautiful, I think you would get a similer effect without the problem of getting petals under your train... I hope that helps.

i agree. and thats what im doing. i got the idea from my jessica simpson book. im lining the aisle with white rose petals next to my isle runner.. and then the flower girl will have red petals that she will throw down. |
