Planning from afar
Has anyone ever planned your wedding from states away? My fiance and I are moving to California. We live in Kansas now. I'm thinking that it might be hard to plan from that far away. Originally we were going to move in 7 months, July 1st. So that gave us time to find ceremony and receptions sites. But now we are planning to move January 1st, just a month and half away. The reason is we both have lived in Kansas too long and now we just want something different.. that different is California. I'm just freaking now because, I'm pretty sure it's going to be hell to plan from so far away.
Any Ideas or suggestions for planning states away?

Do you have friends or family members who can help?
You can find the ceremony and reception locations and hire the wedding personnel you need before you leave and have your friends or family work with them on your behalf.
