Question Hydrangeas?

I really want Hydrangeas for the wedding! Problem is, it's a February wedding. I've read on numerous sites that Hydrangeas are available during the winter, but I've also read others that say otherwise. Has anyone heard of or are planning on using them for a winter wedding? Also, does anyone have any idea of how much a pure hydrangea bouquet (one for me and 3 smaller bridesmaids bouquets) would cost?

Thanks everyone!

NEVERMIND!

I called a bunch of florists and they all said they wouldn't be available. So now I'm aiming for this bouquet:

It's Roses, Calla Lilies and Stephanotis. The Calla Lilies are a bit iffy as to whether or not we can get them, but if we can't, I'll substitute them with White Asiatic Lilies. I still want my hydrangeas, but I would be perfectly happy settling for this one.

Have you considered laytex or silk hydrangeas? My cousin had to have purple ones for her winter wedding so she did silk and they were beautiful. I know laytex look and feel real, maybe you should look into that.

Hope I helped!

Does anyone know when Hydrangeas bloom in the Northwest? I am planning on having little potted hydrangeas as the centerpieces (that way people can take them home) but I think that May might be too early for them to be blooming.
