i'm not even planning the wedding.. i'm just having to trust his family to do right by us.. but i'm allowed input.. the colors.. should i stick with orange, pink and a little purple.. (purple is unlucky to them). i'm insisting on a cake, although they like cookies and pastries in this region.. i need some of my traditions to be shown..

what about the weather.. what is it like in Milan in December? is it really that hard to get married there? no church will touch you i was told..

i'm in a dither.. would anyone give advice, success stories... suggestions..
