What do I think of italy- well PERFECT but i am biased because we are having our wedding in Italy on the Amalfi Coast October 1,2009. Depending on what kind of wedding you are planning i's pretty reasonable. We will be spending much less than we would having a wedding here in Chicago. Of course we are inviting about 1/3rd of the people.

I usually organize wedding in Italy, in my town, Trieste, or in Venice that is not far from here.
I think that here you can find good and seriuos agencies that can meet your wishes for this special day, with their creativity and professional expertise. Our country is not only beautiful, but it can offer a warm welcome to people who come here. In Italy we are used to say: try it in order to beleive it!! I think that it can be translated with your "the proof of the pudding"....ahi, ahi, my English!! Ciao.... Barbara |

I think you were looking for "the proof is in the pudding" but your English is great, so no worries.
I think a wedding in Italy would be wonderful my funding only consists of a DIY wedding in my town but if I could I would stop everything and get married in Italy tomorrow. The closet that I got was my Aunts did up their basements like a little Italian restaurant and severed pasta, Italian cookies, and tiramisu instead of cake for my shower. And the one my mom throw on her side had my little Italian step-grandma making this awesome waffle like cookies and penne. She is an awesome cook and we make ravioli from scratch together every year. I am very jealous of a real Italian wedding. But I will have real Italians at my wedding ![]() |
