I am new at this and it was just 2 weeks ago my fiance and I decided to get married in Italy and I was just wondering if you have any advice it seems like I am trying to do research but it all seems like I am going in a circle. I have been getting information from wedding planners in Italy but they aren't much help. I inquire about prices but all they tell me is what they can do and no prices. I don't know if you can help but it would be so nice if you could.
Thank you,
Lyne

Dear Lyne

I think that this happen bacause , as surly you can imagine, prices are really very different depending on which kind of services you would like. I know that you can find, also in other countries, wedding packages with fixed price. In this case I say that you would have a marriage for tourists!! You understand what I mean.
I think...and hope... that I could help you giving you some indicative idea, but I prefer if you write me privately to my email address : parlalimmagine@yahoo.it

Bye-bye...
Barbara

is there any way for you to get the weather trends to me for Milan, Italy? we are having a December 23rd wedding..

he is italian and i'm amercian.. i know about the paperwork, and am getting my divorce decree and my birth certificate translated and with the apostille seal, but what about my name change papers.. changed my first name at divorce, and kept the kid's last name for them. should i do that one as well?

is it really hard to get a protestant church to marry outsiders? i'm panicked, and am not allowed to do any of the planning.. his family is doing it all.. i just need to know what is in store for me. any help is wonderful.. thank you

Hi,

I have to tell you that really weather in Milan, in December, is rather cold. You can find foggy (it's a continental industrial city), low temperature and sometimes snow.
Regarding the protestant church...there is no problem to get married with this rite.

Don't worry...surely the Italian parents of your fiance will prepare all in a perfect way!!

Write me if you have other questions.
Barbara.
