Hello brides---and congratulations!
I need help... I've got to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks... before my last fitting. Does anyone have any quick tips/tricks to lose weight fast??!!!!! I'd appreciate any help. I've tried everything before...but geared more toward long-term weight loss. I need a quick fix! HELP! ![]() |

You can do it but it's honestly not easy, you have to be dedicated!
1. If you drink soda or any drinks with calories, including coffee drinks and juice, STOP. Cut it out completely. I did this and lost about 1-2 pounds per week. 2. Exercise. A LOT. 1.5 hours a day if you can. The exercise can be speed-walking around town or whatever else you choose. (I did a Tae Bo tape and then went speedwalking/jogging for an hour after) Use music while you workout. I put on my ipod with some really feel good tunes and it makes me unconciously work harder. 3. Work on toning with light weights. I do a Denise Austin strength training tape with my 3 pound weights. Works quickly and works wonders. 4. Yoplait 100 calorie yogurt for breakfast. And to kill hunger pangs between meals. 5. DRINK WATER! 6. Avoid sodium, salty foods. 7. 100 calorie packs! 8. Weight watchers menu at Applebees. 9. Low calorie/fat menu at TGIF. 10. Subway ham sandwiches with no mayo. Good luck, let us know how it goes! |

I am on Atkins trying to lose 40lbs before my wedding.
Drink LOTS of water and cut out your Carbs not all but cut back to 20g a day, and eat protein. Exercise as much as you can. Dexatrim Max 2o. Add it to your water and it cuts out your cravings. Need a chip fix, try pork rinds and don't eat too much fruit. This always works for me layer up when you're exercising, a sweat shirt or garbage bag makes you sweat. Well, I might just have a solution for you girls who need to loose weight. I sell a product called Isagenix. It is a total body cleanse. There is an 11 days cleanse and a 30 day cleanse. Like the other soon to be brides said stop with the soda and drink lots of water. But also do not drink any alchol!! I just read in glamour that you don't realize it but that one beer every night is what can do it. So stop drinking till you're fitting or only have one a week. This cuts calories big time. And also subway is a big helper. Just no mayo or oil. And again lots of water!! And don't pick, if you pick all day on food you're actually consuming more claories then eating well banceled meals. The newsest glamour has this in the May issue. I looked at what I eat cuz I'm a picker and I ate way more calories a day then I should and was left feeling hungary. So it's true. Good luck!!
