Hello everyone. I'm new here and just wanted to say hi. I'm a mom of 2 children. My bf and I will betting married May 16 2009. It was supposed to be in 2008 but we weren't telling anyone yet and his sister just annouced she will be getting married then and didn't want to take the spotlight from her. Or seem like we were copying her. So I just started planning a wedding for next year and now we moved it. But maybe it will be better since we're waiting that extra year.
But I just wanted to say hi to everyone. And I hope all your weddings are great too!!

Thats really cool of you to move your date for her. I hope all your planning is going to come out the way youwant. I am getting married on 7-7-07 like half of the rest of the world.

even though half the world is doing it, I think getting married on that day is cool. They're making such cool things for that day. I saw them in my wedding magazines. I hope verything goes well. Good luck!!

Since you gals took that date we decided to get married on 6/7/08 so he will NEVER forget the anniversary!!!!!

that's a cool date. And you're right he'll never forget. Since men seem to do that. lol

you girls make me laugh. We also thought about 5- 6- 07 but it is not on a saturday so we choose 7-7-7 since we have been dating for 7 years this year!!!

all i can say is that FH had better not forget ours, he's the one that picked it...

Well I know regardless of the date I pick he'll forget it. This past year for our anniversry he gave me my present a week earlier. But I guess it's better then forgetting it.lol.
