New - June 30th Bride. Soon to be Mrs. Bell

Hi girlies,

I am new on here so I just wanted to say hello. I am getting married on June 30th and I am so excited. I love planning and I am so far along.

Here are all my plans as of today!!

Date: June 30, 2007

Ceremony & Reception: Four Points Sheraton, San Diego, CA

Guest Count: 145 (This used to be 125, but we had to really finalize our guest list and there was people we forgot. Opps!)

My Dress: Designed by Oleg Cassini not sure what it is called, but I LOVE it!!!

Colors: Teal &ivory

Bridesmaid Dress: Skirt Style: 8224 & Top Style:81159 from David's Bridal in Atlantis

Flower Girl Dress: I bought it off ebay from DollsandStitches (FlowergirlOutlet) I have not received it and it has been three weeks.

STD: Photo magnets from Magnet Street (MagnetStreet magnetic calendars business card magnets custom refrigerator magnet)

Invitations: I ordered some from a website called, Discount Wedding Invitations, party and wedding invitations. I do believe it is a nu-art invitation. It is very pretty. We are using teal ink and our envelopes will have a silver lining.

Honeymoon: I have no idea. I would love to go to Costa Rica, the Bahamas, or even Aruba. My parents are giving us their timeshare for a week so we can pick anywhere we want. All we have to do is pay an upgrade fee and exchange the timeshare.

Placecards & Holders: I bought some double heart placecard holders at Walmart that kind of match my invitations and I using a double heart bell to hold the placecards. The bells were purchased through ebay. This bell will double as the "ring for a kiss" bell as well.

Favors: Individually colored M&M's (teal and cream) inside fronsted pillow boxes bought from Walmart with personalized ribbon for half and the others will be in a little tiny gift bag that has our personalized information. These were purchased at eFavormart.com - Wedding Favors and Supply.

Officiant: Rev. H W Mike Mitschke (Reverend Mike's Home Page)

Make-Up: Kelly Blum. I had my trial on April 6th because I needed my make-up done for a friends wedding that I was in. Plus, it would give me a chance to get the full affect of how it will look all day. Kelly was awesome. I knew she would be. I had heard great reviews about her. (makeupbykelly - makeup artist, kelly blum)

Hair: Ruth Hoskins from Alante Salon in La Mesa. Ruth has been doing my hair for a two years now and I just love her.

Veil: I purchased my veil from Veils by Olena, Atlanta - High Quality Bridal Veils at a Discount for California & Georgia. I ordered a simple Ivory veil 1T, length 26", width - fullness 108" with a finished edge - pencil edge.Veil is being sewn to the 4" plastic comb. It will have swarovski crystals 50p.c - 10 flowers, crystals sewn like a flower and pearl inside, and Rhinestones 50p.c spread all over the veil. I have not received it yet, but she is great to work with. The pictures on the website do not do her work justice from what I have heard so that is great. Not to mention, she is very open to designing whatever look you want.

Tiara: I purchase a simple tiara off of ebay. It looks like a headband with swarovski crystals. It has teh crystals in the shape of flowers.

Shoes: I am planning on ordering some shoes from Davids Bridal. The style is called Roxy. I am going to get them dyed ivory since that is the color of my dress. Also, I need to order these shoes because the heel is 4 1/2 inches and I need to be taller so I don't have to alter my dress. They are satin wedge shoes so they will be more comfortable than platforms.

Jewlery: My mom bought me a pearl necklace that I will be wearing and my sister is letting me wear her pearle arrings. My mom has some diamond earring jackets that fit around the outside of the pearls that I will eb wearing also. They look like little flowers. It goes with the veil and tiara theme.

Garter: I bought a garter that has blue in it from Party supplies, crafts, party decorations, toys: Oriental Trading. It was cheap and afterall, I don't get to keep it.

Tuxes: We ordered our tuxes over the weekend or actually just picked them out. My groom and my little ringbearer are going to be wearing an all black tux, with a black shirt and a black vest and they will be wearing ivory ties. My groomsmen will be wearing an allblack, tux, with a black shirt and the vest and tie will be the same color as my bridesmaid dresses. I think afterhours formalwear calls the color Oasis instead of Atlantis, but it is practically the same color. The dads will be ewearing the traditional style tuxes: all black, with a white shirt, black vest and tie.

Accessories: My mom bought me the most beautiful Waterford Crystal flutes, flower girl basket, the serving set, the ring bear pillow, the card cage, the bubbles, the guestbook and pen, coloring sets for the kids at the reception, personalized wine labels, personalized beechies gum, and bunchof other stuff. Most was purchased from www.orientaltrading and the other stuff was at Michaels or through ebay.

I am getting so anxious!!! I hope that I am not forgetting anything.
