Hi Everyone!
I am getting married in October. I think I am doing pretty well, I have all my vendors set and dresses/tuxes setup. Plus a lot of odds and ends, centerpieces and favors done. All flowers setup etc. My problem is that I am really nervous that I am forgetting something. There are budget checklists online, but I was wondering if anyone had or seen a checklist for every single item you need to do or buy for a protestant ceremony? I know everyone's tastes are different and different things are going to be needed, but that is my biggest concern right now is that I will forget something important. Maybe my fear is irrational, but if anyone has ideas or thoughts let me know. Thanks! |

Invitations? Programs? Music Selections? Rehearsal dinner?
Check out the knot.com or the weddingchannel.com for checklists. I like theirs because you can delete what you have already done or what you are not doing. Keeps it a bit more manageable. Good Luck! |

Hello, this is what I did. I have the same fear that I'll forget something too. I went on the knot.com and googled wedding checklists. I actually complied a whole bunch because I've seen one's that didn't have what I wanted and ones with different things, etc. Well I took all these highlighted everything on every one I wanted or didn't want to forget, then I made my own. I think I had about 8 different lists, and there a few that were missing things from other ones and ones with extra things I thought were good. And now I have the perfect list. It took a couple hours to do, but I now know I won't forget anything.

Thanks guys! Its nice to know I'm not the only one who feels like she's forgetting something.
I use the theknot.com religiously. I am on there just about every day checking my checklist and other things. I also got a free wedding planner binder from JCPenny that I love. (Put 13 things on a registry or something and they give it to you.) That has been helping a ton. I just feel uneasy that something isn't done that needs to be or won't be. Here's hoping its just an irrational fear! |
