Question Gift for the Groom?

Hi! Just thought I would ask what everyone is getting for your husband to be as a wedding present. I want to get him something really special, but I can't seem to think of anything. I would go with a watch but he doesn't like to wear them. Hoped you all could give me some ideals. Thanks! ~Jen

You dont have to get them a gift, but its tradition! I am getting my finance a watch...i know you said he dont like to wear them either does matt. But he wears them for formal events, and thats what he wanted. So if your thinking of a watch what i did, is i went to jared and designed him a watch. I picked out everything, the band, faceplate, hands, how the number was...mostly everything!!! I dont know if this helped you but i thought i would put in my input!!

There is nothing that says you have to get him a gift. Personally, we're spending enough $$ on this wedding and can both think of better ways to spend the cash we would have used for a gift!
I am, however, going to be wearing a sexy little number to bed that night and he may consider that a gift

My fiance and I decided that we'd go with the "I'm giving you my everlasting love and devotion for as long as I should breathe," route.

I think I am going to give my FH some of his favorite cologne the day of our wedding so he can wear it that day. I have heard of a lot of brides give cuff links or watches. My FH doesn't wear them and we don't really have much occasion for them, so I figured cologne would be something he can use over and over again and I know it'll be something he'll love.

I thought this was helpful: Perfect Bridegroom Gifts. But I still don't know what to get my fiance. He plays guitar, so maybe a new guitar or concert tickets. Nothing really sums up "Thanks for agreeing to spend the rest of your life with me".
