When to register?

Gosh.. You can just tell I'm comletely clueless about weddings..

Another Q: How soon before the wedding do you register? Ours is in March 2008.

I'm going to set up a registry around the time I'm getting invitations ready to send.

(BTW, I'm pretty much completely clueless too! I bought a wedding planner that is GREAT though. If you don't have one, check out the ones WeddingSolutions.com has. I bought the Easy Wedding Planning Plus one. Amazing, that's all I can say!)

I agree about the wedding planner thing, it helps a ton. I would register any time because you can always go back and update the registry.

You are going to want to register in time for showers or any other partys that you are going to be having. I registered 4 months before our wedding (Sept 1). This way people that like to shop early can.
