I had my bridal shower last week and alot of my presents came from mother & daughter or a mother, daughter, and daughter-in-law. Most live in different houses. Who do you send the thank you card to? Do you just send one thank you card per gift or do you send a thank you card to each person?

I already sent the thank yous for the shower but I have a feeling that it is going to be the same thing for the wedding!

I would do one to each person if they live in different houses.

Etiquette says that if the gift is from less than seven (I think that's the number) people, they should each get individual thank you notes. Only above 7 people is it okay to send a "group" thank you note.

It may sound rather expensive, but you should send one to each to show your personal gratitude.
