Default Add a Wedding Tiara for Extra Pszaz

It is important to go through and figure out what you want to put in your hair once you have decided on your hairstyle for the wedding. Do you want to wear a rhinestone wedding tiara or a simple flower in your hair? This depends on what type of style you will be wearing your hair, the veil and gown, and of course your personal taste’s. You want to pick something that will complement your attire as you walk down the aisle.

The Wedding Tiara

When brides are thinking about a headpiece they first envision a tiara. Tiara’s are usually worn in very traditional and formal wedding ceremonies. But, with more styles available in the market today, they can be worn with almost any type of dress and hair style. A small and simple wedding tiara, works the best if you are wearing a veil. If you are not wearing a veil, an elaborate or tall princess tiara looks stunning.

When wearing a wedding tiara, it is a good idea that your hair is put up into an up-do. Most tiara’s have small combs attached the ends and sides so they stay in place. If your hair is put up, your tiara will fit better and hide the combs.

The tradition of wearing a wedding tiara came from ancient times. A white ribbon was worn by a king, either around his head or shoulders, to prove his wealth and power to everybody. As the centuries have moved on however, the tiara has become a symbol of feminism. The wedding tiara evolved throughout the ages into a half moon shape. In this shape jewels and other things of finery, like flowers, were placed.

The bride and bridesmaids can either wear a tiara as a circle shape on their head or on their forehead. A wedding tiara is traditionally used to adorn the veil worn by the bride. Wedding tiaras have grown very popular in “dream” wedding themes and “princess” wedding themes.

If you do not feel like a tiara is your piece of cake, then there are other options. Some brides to choose to wear bridal hats. These hats can add lots of character to wedding attire, and can be adorned with anything to you pleasing. You can also choose to wear a classy or stylish headband that matches your wedding dress. Either way, you will be able to locate the right hair accessory to place in your hair for your wedding.
