Strapless Dress, necklace?

What do you think-my dress is strapless and very simple. Should I wear a necklace? Or maybe some nice dangly earings? My hair is about chin length, so my neck/back/shoulders will be completely bare.

I guess that would depend on your personal style... If you don't wear much jewelry then maybe just go with earrings. Are you wearing a veil? If there's detail in that, it may be enough of an accessory in itself. If it is more simple, you may want to add a nice pendant necklace to dress the whole ensemble up.
Again, it depends on your style. You don't want to show up in a huge gaudy rhinestone necklace if you usually just wear a simple chain or something.

Are you planning on having your hair up in any way or is it going to be down? If you have your hair up then the earrings would be okay because you will be able to see them. Otherwise, I would suggest a simple necklace.

On a normal course, i would have said, just dangling earrings would be fine. But since you have chin length hair and your dressis strapless, i think you should stick to a simple necklace.
