my parents are divorced both are remarried my mom and stepdad have already given us money for the wedding. my father on the other hand said he would give us money towards the wedding and still has not he has added people to the guest list that i didnt want added. and wants top self liquor and a sit down dinner at the reception all of this cost way more then i wanted to spend and i dont know how to tell him that i need close to 10,000 for this without him freaking out. any suggestions???

It's as easy as this: "Dad, if you want all this stuff you'll need to give me money. If you don't give me at least a deposit by [certain date] then we'll have to find a less expensive way to celebrate.
