The day before Thanksgiving of 2005 I had gotten off work early and went home to nap, I was awakened with a kiss, when I opened my eyes my fiance was on bended knee with the engagement ring, he said to me "would you take my hand and make me the happiest man in the world and be my wife?" of course I said yes. However, I told him that since we were in the middle of planning my son's wedding for the following September that we had to wait until I got through that, as planning one wedding was enough to have on my plate for the year ahead, besides, I didn't want the attention a bride deserves to be taken away from my beautiful daughter-in-law to be. So he said that he would wait forever if needed. Now that my son and his wife are happily married it's time to plan ours.......the big day will be in October, 2007.
