In my search for a wedding favor - given my theme is "Garden Wedding & Reception" I found some really nice lucky bamboo favors. I want something everyone can keep and actually like. Is this too much?

i like the idea of giving something to keep, instead of candy that will be gone. i dont think it's too much. is it expensive? thats your call. did you find your favors on a website?

The total price for the vase, rocks and the plant will be only $4.00 and given I will be having a small wedding the price is very decent. I got the idea from a website and found a local store that sells them for $1. a small plant. add the vase, rocks and ribbon and I'm good to go!

I think that the bamboo is an excellent idea. I would love to get a favor like that! My budget is only $1 to $2 each, but I would definitely swipe your idea if I could!

It will look awesome - since it's an outdoor wedding I found a great place online that has bamboo fencing for privacy. I love the look!

it's settled than. I will have bamboo plants as decor and give out little plants to take home- i will tie a ribbon with a card with our names on it.

I have tons all over the house and I "repotted" one of them because I changed colors for my bathroom decor and found this adorable pot - I bought matching rocks and wow! It looks amazing. I have a black thumb so it's the way to go!

I was in a wedding not to long ago and I made bamboo plants as the centerpieces for the bridal shower tables, they were a big hit! I think it would be great as well for a wedding favor or even as your centerpiece...
