definitely book if you have found the place! My friend got married June 2007 and now i am planning a sept 2008 wedding and many of the vendors she used that i have gotten quotes from have raised their prices...
just being nosey... Can i ask why you are waiting until 2010? ![]() |

Completely understandable. we are getting married on a friday because it was soooo much cheaper! The ceremony site fee is $2K on saturdays and we got it for $500!
Just watch when they move into a new year... my friend booked her wedding and they didnt transfer her reservation over after the new year (i believe that place did paper reservation, nothing was electronic)... her location got booked by someone else and she had to find a new ceremony site 2 weeks before the wedding! invitations had gone out and everything! AND she had called a bunch of times and they told her she was confirmed! so make sure when the new year hits you call and have them confirm they still have you! |

Most Of The Contracts I Have Read State The Pricing Is Subject To Change As The Result Of Normal Increases. If The Venue Provides Only Space Then The Price Will Most Likely Not Vary However Places Providing Food Will Have Costs That Vary With The Economy. Recently Food Costs Have Been Rising And Many Food Vendors Have Raised Prices. The Bottom Line Don't Give Money Without A Contract That Specifically States Conditions Of Pricing.

Heck Yeah..
if you can book.. I would do it. I have my ceremony site booked already for our 9/19/09 wedding, and has been for quite a few months. But the reception site wont let me book till a year out..... So if you can do it, by all means ..DO IT! I think it will ellimintae tons of stress, I know it has for me in regards to the ceremony site. |
