I have a question. What is the MOH responsibilities as far the wedding goes??
I have asked my aunt to be my MOH and I have asked my SIL to be my other bridesmaid, the only thing is that she is pregnant and due a few weeks before the wedding. I havent asked her yet if she is still interested in being in the wedding. I dont really have any friends that would be willing to do that. Two of my friends are in California but they both have children and I dont know how possible it would be for them to come to Indiana. Any suggestions??? Thanks Tara |

The maid of honor is there to provide moral support for the bride and help you plan the wedding. As a bride my maid of honor was long distance and she was still able to be really helpful. Of course, the bridesmaids and maid of honor can share those responsibilities, as well as the mother of the bride. For a complete list of MOH responsibilities, read: Maid of honor's responsibilities .
