Question Need some ideas on Wedding Schedule Organization

hey folks-
i'm putting together a wedding schedule for three or four events before and during my wedding. i've been using Muse : Wedding Inspiration for the actual online schedule - which is an awesome online planner. But, any ideas on where I can get guidance on how to space out my times? For example, on the wedding day before we head to the hair stylist I'm not sure if I should have my breakfast at my house (where all my bridesmaids are meeting) or just skip it because our time is running tight. I allowed about 1 hour (if everyone meets at 8:00am) for a little coffee, eating before we get our style on.
Does anyone have a sample schedule?

You said you were heading to the hairstylist? Are you all going to the same hairstylist? If so, what if your hairstylist came to you home, to do all hair at the same time. This would knock off travel time, and you can still take partt in the breakfast.

Did you just need a sample of times and what to do? Here is part of a sample of a weekend itinerary I had done for a bride...

Saturday, March 3, 2007
7:00 AM Breakfast Buffet in Hotel Lobby

9:00 AM Bridesmaids Meet at Hair Salon

12:00 PM Bridesmaids Meet at Bride at her apartment

3:00 PM Wedding Party
Bridesmaids meet at church parlor downstairs
Groomsmen meet at Colin’s house

4:45 PM Wedding Party Pictures
XXXXX Church

6:00 PM Wedding Ceremony
CXXXXX Church
2715 Main Street
