Default Wedding Dresses

I AM SO LOST AS TO WHAT KIND OF GOWN TO WEAR. I AM HAVING PLASTIC SURGERY IN JUNE TO GET RID OF MY TUMMY AND FINALLY GET SOME CHEST. SO HOW DO I ORDER MY GOWN. I NEED TO ORDER BEFORE THEN, OR IT WON'T BE HERE IN TIME. SO DO I ORDER IT HOW I LOOK NOW OR HOW MY DOCTOR TOLD ME I WILL LOOK THEN? I MEAN WHAT IF HE'S WRONG THERE WOULD BE NO TIME TO CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY DRESS,RIGHT? DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY ADVICE?

Wow...you do have a dilema here. How much of a difference are you planning to attain with this surgery? What size are you now, and what has you doctor said you will be by November...I assume this is still you wedding date.
Why did you schedule your surgery at this time? Your probably not going to be able to order by what your doctor projected. A dress is easier to take in than let out. Which is probably an option you are going to have to rely on. Safer to order what fits you now and have it altered.

I have to agree with today's destination. I would get a dress that fits you now - unless you are smaller uptop and plan on going really big then I would get a size up. I would not get sequence or alot of detail on the dress as this will get affected when the alterations are done. You also have to remember you will be swollen for a while after surgery and may need to wait a bit on the alterations - just to be safe. Good luck!

It sounds like a seamstress will be your best friend come closer to your wedding! I'd choose a dress with a neckline that will fit your new bust and then worry about the specifics once it comes closer to the wedding date. Good luck!
