ring bearer help!

I have a nephew who is a year and 4 months old, walking and probably the most adorable thing ever thats going to be in a tux. Now since he is so young and the ring bearer, what should I actually do with the rings? Because obviously he won't be able to hold the pillow, I was thinking about a little pouch that ties together that he could hold. Any other suggestions?

Hmm, I think it's very courageous of you to give him the rings at all

We have a 9 and 4 y/o as ringbearers, but are not actually giving them any rings. Not to say that they couldn't handle the responsibility, but we feel better just having them in the best man's pocket. Our boys' role is more symbolic than functional, I guess.
I think with a 16 month old child, the likelihood that he'll be standing up with everyone for the entire ceremony are pretty slim ...you may want to consider having someone else hold onto the rings and have him just carry a plain pillow or whatever you may choose.
If its important to you for him to carry the actual rings, I think the idea of a little pouch sounds very cute.

I agree with tiffany. I would probably give the best man the actual rings and let the ringbearer carry a pillow with fake rings tied onto it.

I vote with giving the rings to the best man...your little guy is gonna be sooooo cute going down that aisle...
