Question camo!!

I have decided on my wedding colors to be blue, chocolate brown and cream. However my FH loves to hunt. I'm trying to figure out a way to tie in something special for him to do with camo. After all it is his day too. Please help with any ideas. Thank You

Okay I'm going to try this again. I have two suggestions, the first one is to get little buck head pins and use the to pin up the Boutonnières or have your bridesmaids bouquets wrapped in Camo ribbon. I think its very important to incorporate elements of both your and your FH. I plan weddings on the side and I love it, I also love crazy idea's . I'm all about the Wedding being personalized and personal.

Hope this Helps
Amanda

Thumbs up Re: camo!!

Im actually doing a Camo wedding myself also, but Im going as far as having Camo on my dress. There aren't many sites Im finding out that have anything to do with camo weddings. However I have found camo garters, ring pillows, ties, vests, and even some camo dresses. Just have to type into your search bar camo wedding dress." thats how I found all the other stuff.

I have a friend that is a florist, and she was mortified when her son wanted a camo tux for the prom...then he wanted her to make him a boutinere for him and a corsage for his date. She used flowers in orange, cream and light brown(fall colors), light brown ribbon, feathers(turkey I believe) and a bullet for an accent...she said it really turned out cute.

I attended a wedding that had the groom and groomsmen dressed all nice in their tuxes with red vest and ties for the ceremony, then at the reception, the vests were reversible and got switched to the camo that was on the other side. It was nothing overbearing and let the groom show his personality too

yeeeee my fellow camo chicks!!!
Iam planning my wedding also with camo.
We are using Black and champagne with camo accents.
Guys are wearing champagne ties and vests, and huny to be is wearing camo tie and vest.. along with our two boys.
Iam wearing a white gown, and having a veil made that has a very simple satin mossy oak trim. Bridesmaids in black.
I have found antler candle holders for center pieces..and birch candles for cake table.
Black nappkins, and am having hershey bar wrappers custom made in mossy oak to tie in the camo at the table.
And of course.... camo garter, guest book, ring pillow.
Trying to keep camo as the accent, becasue i still want it classy..and not redneck my wedding.
Cake is going to be 4 tiers champagne colored with a simple black ribbon trim around the base of each layer.. then will dress cake table up with faux antler toasting flutes and faux antler cake cutting set.
Hope this helps you gys for some ideas... I have put tons of time into planning.. and still am a ways out. email me if ya need some links.
