How to Import MTS or M2TS Files from AVCHD Camcorders to Final Cut Express?

If you have an AVCHD camcorder like Canon HF S11/HF 21, Panasonic AVCHD, or Sony HDR SR 12E AVCHD camcorders, you might suffered from trying to import MTS files extension into Final Cut Express.
